The figures used for this unit is customized and painted Man Bat #006 figure from Heroclix: DC Icons.




DIMWITTED
You can never place more than 2 Order Markers on Scrag’s Army Card, even if he is the last figure you control.

CARRY
Before moving Scrag, choose an unengaged friendly small or medium figure adjacent to Scrag. After you move Scrag, place the chosen figure adjacent to Scrag.

SWOOP
If Scrag attacks an adjacent figure that was at least 2 spaces away before Scrag moved this turn, roll 1 additional attack die. If Scrag attacks an adjacent figure that was at least 4 spaces away before Scrag moved this turn, you may either:
• roll 2 additional attack dice, or
• roll attack dice as normal, and after attacking you may attack one additional time.
Swoop may only be used if Scrag used Flying for all of his 
movement this turn

FLYING
When counting spaces for Scrag’s movement ignore elevations. Scrag may fly over water without stopping, pass over figures without becoming engaged, and fly over obstacles such as ruins. When Scrag starts to fly, if he is engaged he will take any leaving engagement attacks.


FOOT CLAN SPECIAL POWER
If every Army Card you control has this symbol, you may add 3 to your initiative roll. If every Army Card you control has this symbol each figure may add 1 to its move value.

    1. No plans at the moment to make Scrag in human form. I decided to include Bebop, Rocksteady, and mohawk punk in my Punk Gang squad: https://heroscapewargame.blogspot.com/2018/03/the-book-of-punk-gang.html

      Maybe someday I will split them up...and I would love to make the rest of the punk gang in mutant form.
