The figures used for this unit are a single customized and repainted Izumi Samurai and Wolves of Badru figure from Heroscape.

WOLF TRAINER
Instead of attacking with a Small Wolf figure you control that is unengaged and adjacent to Kawa Nakajima, you may remove that figure from the battlefield and place it on this card. There can be a maximum of one Small Wolf figure on this card.

WOLF POUNCE SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 3. Attack 5.
In addition to attacking normally, Kawa  may attack with Wolf Pounce Special Attack if he has a Small Wolf figure on this card. Choose a non-adjacent small or medium figure whose base is not higher or lower than 5 levels from the base of Kawa. If the figure is destroyed, immediately place the Small Wolf figure from this card on the space the figure occupied. If the figure is not destroyed, remove the Small Wolf figure from this card.

COUNTER STRIKE
When rolling defense dice against a normal attack from an adjacent attacking figure, all excess shields count as unblockable hits on the attacking figure. This power does not work against other Samurai.

Q: If a Kawa is successful with Wolf Pounce Special Attack against a figure adjacent to a Nakita Agent, does the Wolf roll for the Engagement Strike?
A: Yes, the Wolf placed on the board from Kawa's card activates Engagement Strike.

Q: Is Wolf Pounce Special Attack to be treated as a Ranged attack for all special powers referencing a ranged or non-adjacent attack?
A: Yes.

Q: What happens if Kawa dies while there is a wolf on his card? Does it just go back on the board?
A: No, it stays on Kawa's card.
