H.A.M.E.R. SYSTEM OVERRIDE
After revealing an Order Marker on Whiplash and instead of moving Whiplash you may take a turn with an Hero or Squad with the Targeting Computer or H.AM.E.R. Targeting System Special Power.
After moving and before attacking with Whiplash, you may choose one small or medium non-adjacent figure within 4 clear sight spaces whose base is no more than 7 levels above Whiplash’s height or 7 levels below Whiplash’s base. Roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 7 or higher, place that figure on any empty space adjacent to Whiplash. After the figure is placed, you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 7 or higher, that figure receives 1 wound. Figures moved by Energized Whips will not take any leaving engagement attacks.
SELF-DESTRUCTION
When revealing a numbered Order Marker on Whiplash’s Army Card, you may also reveal an “X” Order Marker that is on Whiplash’s Army Card to activate Self-Destruction. Each figure within 2 spaces of Whiplash and all H.A.M.E.R. Drones receives 2 automatic wounds, then Whiplash and all H.A.M.E.R. Drones are destroyed and removed from the game.
FLYING
When counting spaces for Whiplash’s movement, ignore elevations. Whiplash may fly over water without stopping, pass over figures without becoming engaged, and fly over obstacles such as ruins. When Whiplash starts to fly, if he is engaged he will take any leaving engagement attacks.
SUPER STRENGTH
A figure with Super Strength is not affected by the Falling and Major Falling rules, and they will also ignore any special powers that give automatic shields to Destructible Objects.
