The figure used for this unit is Djinni from D&D: Icons of the Relams, Rage of Demons. 



THREE WISHES
Alim starts the game with 3 Wish Markers on his Army Card. Whenever a Unique Hero moves adjacent to Alim and reveals an “X” Order Marker on their Army Card, the owner of that figure may choose to ask for one of the following Wishes, if Alim has a Wish Marker on his Army Card:
  •  Wish of + 1 attack
  •  Wish of +1 defense
  •  Wish of +2 move
  •  Wish of Summoning any figure to any empty
      space on the battlefield
Then roll the 20-sided die. On a roll of 12-20 the Wish is granted and one Wish Marker is removed from Alim’s Army Card.

FREEDOM

If Alim has no Wish Markers remaining on his Army Card he is freed and becomes a neutral figure not belonging to an Army.

STEALTH FLYING

When counting spaces for Alim’s movement, ignore elevations. Alim may fly over water without stopping, pass over figures without becoming engaged, and fly over obstacles such as ruins. When Alim starts to fly, if he is engaged he will not take any leaving engagement attacks.
