The Book of Boromir

The Book of Boromir
Bangerang Tolkien Custom

The figure used for this unit is Boromir from Heroclix: Lord of the Rings Set.

Character Bio:
Boromir was a valiant warrior known in Gondor for his greatness, having already achieved great merit in Gondor prior to the Council of Elrond. He was the eldest son of Denethor II, who was Steward of Gondor during the War of the Ring, and his wife Finduilas. Even the people of Rohan, particularly Éomer, admired him.

HORN OF GONDOR
When your opponent reveals an Order Marker on a card with a figure engaged to Boromir or a friendly figure within 4 clear sight spaces of Boromir, you may use Horn of Gondor. Roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 1-8, nothing happens. If you roll a 9 or higher, you may move up to two Unique Heroes you control up to 5 spaces each. Figures moved by Horn of Gondor do not take leaving engagement attacks. Borormir may not be moved by Horn of Gondor.

WEAKNESS OF MEN
After revealing an Order Marker on this card if Boromir is within 4 clear sight spaces of a figure you control who is carrying The One Ring, you must roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 17 or higher, choose an opponent. That opponent will now control Boromir for the remainder of your turn, but will not be able to view any unrevealed Order Markers on his card. At the end of that turn, control of Boromir returns to you. All Order Markers and figures that were on Boromir’s Army Card will stay on his Army Card.
