I have found figures to use for the Neutrinos. I will be using Reapers Nova Corp Sgt. for Zak. I will use other Nova Corp figures for the rest of the Neutrinos too. They aren't prefect but with a little modding they will be pretty close. Here is a before picture:
And here is the after picture of him modded to a sitting position, replaced elf head, green stuff hair and collar:
Also here is a bonus picture of Dask modded along side Zak:
Try in of Zak in the hot rod:
Dask and Zak primed and read for some paint:
Once Zak is painted this will be complete and it is just a matter of making him a card to play with.

The Book of Valkrill the Valkyrie General
The Book of Valkrill the Valkyrie General
The Valkyrie
The Valkyrie
UPDATED CARD:
The figures used for this unit is modified Sentinel of Jander figure from the Heroscape, Wave 3 Jandar's Oath.
Bio: "The last words of Estivara’s long chant echo off the cavern walls.
Silence lingers for a moment, and then the room begins to quake.
Estivara steps out of the ring of symbols, and the Kyrie lying there
gets to his feet. He drinks a goblet of sparkling water and, as he does,
his body begins to shift. He grows, his bones crack, his face distorts,
his features grow hideously large, and his wings become leathery.
Standing in the symbols is a new monstrosity – an evil new Valkyrie is
born!"

When revealing a numbered Order Marker on Valkrill’s Army Card you may also reveal an “X” order marker that is on Valkrill’s Army Card to activate Master of Chaos for the duration of the round. While Master of Chaos is active you may at the start of each of your turns rearrange 1 of your unrevealed Order Markers and 1 of your opponents unrevealed Order Markers. You may not view your opponents Order Markers while rearranging them.
DEVOUT SACRIFICE
If Valkrill is attacked with a normal attack by an opponent’s figure and receives 1 or more wounds, you may destroy a Drow figure you control that is adjacent to Valkrill to ignore any wounds Valkrill just received.
STEALTH FLYING
When counting spaces for Vakrill’s movement ignore elevations. Valkrill may fly over water without stopping, pass over figures without becoming engaged, and fly over obstacles such as ruins. When Valkrill starts to fly, if he is engaged he will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

-Rulings and Clarifications-
EVENT HEROES:
This rule, although optional, should always be used when playing with an Event Hero. The main thing to remember about Event Heroes is that because they are a different type of hero, they are not susceptible to powers that specify Unique or Common Heroes.
EVENT HERO SPECIAL RULE:
When selecting cards to put in your Army, you cannot select two of the same
Event Army Card. Event Heroes are never destroyed without first taking enough wounds
to be destroyed. If a terrain rule or a special power on any Army Card, Glyph,
or Destructible Object would automatically destroy an Event Hero, that terrain rule
or special power instead inflicts 4 wounds on that Event Hero. Players may
never take temporary or permanent control of an opponent's Event Hero.
EVENT HERO CLARIFICATION:
EVENT HERO CLARIFICATION:
Event Heroes may not pick up Equipment Glyphs. Equipment Glyphs may only be
equipped by Unique Heroes.

UPDATE
Exciting news for Heroscape, a new Kickstarter for hex based terrain has been up and it is some what comparable with Heroscape tiles. It is called HyGround 3D Terrain Tiles. The Hyground tiles can fit on top of Heroscape tiles or can be used in place of Heroscape tiles.
Hyground tiles stack together like legos. They have a base portion that like legos can be stacked and interlocked. They also have a crown portion that is placed on top of the base portion. The crown portion is what gives the board its variety: grass, mud, sand, water, ice, snow, crusted lava, metal grates, etc.
I have been in contact with the creators and even went to see them at Salt Lake Comic Con. The tiles are amazing looking, and they look even better in person! My favorite is the tree fort and the water falls.
Here are a few quick pics from their display at Comic Con:
Unfortunately with only 3 days left on the current Kickstarter it doesn't look like they are going to make it this time around. But they are planning a relaunch in the near future and also have a mini line in the works too. There is a lot of potential for this and I hope that it can get the needed funds to be produced.
