Character Bio:
Eomer of the House of Eorl, was the eighteenth King of Rohan, and first of the Third Line. He was the son of Théodwyn, sister of King Théoden of Rohan, and Éomund, a Chief Marshal of the Riddermark. After he and his sister Éowyn were orphaned Théoden adopted them as his own children.

Eomer receives 2 additional attack dice when attacking an adjacent figure that was at least 4 clear sight spaces away from Eomer at the start of his turn.
JAVELIN
After moving and before attacking with Eomer, you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 16 or higher, add 3 to Eomer’s Range value for the duration of its turn.
